1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments and services provided by Myra Brodsky Fine Tattoos, Amalienstraße 39, 80799 Munich, Germany.

By booking an appointment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Appointment Booking

Appointments are considered confirmed only after the agreed deposit has been received within 24 hours of booking.

Until the deposit is received, the appointment remains available for other clients.

3. Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve an appointment.

The deposit secures the appointment date and covers administrative and scheduling expenses associated with the booking process. The deposit will be deducted from the final tattoo price on the day of the appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

The deposit may be transferred to a new appointment once.

In the event of:

• cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment,

• failure to attend the appointment (no-show),

• or a second rescheduling request,

the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Pricing & Payment

The minimum tattoo price is €150.

This minimum price applies to tattoos that:

• are no larger than 4 cm,

• are placed on the arm,

• and consist exclusively of black linework.

Changes in size, placement, complexity, level of detail, or the addition of color may result in a higher price.
